Specialty: I like to focus on specific areas the client might be struggling with. I address pain, range of motion, tension, trigger points, and the tissues surrounding the problem area so that the client can get relief and begin to heal.

Mid-Missouri Pelvic Health - Suite 2

Specialty: I am a Pelvic Health Specialist and licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. I help women and men with issues related to their bladder, bowel, and sexual health. This includes leakage of poop or pee, prolapse, pain with intimacy, pain in the pelvis, hips, back, tailbone, or genitals, constipation or other pooping issues, and aches/pains during pregnancy and post-partum. I also treat kiddos for constipation and bed wetting.

Fun Fact: I love coffee and running. I’ve run 2 full marathons and 8 half marathons.
